A charge came through my credit card that I knew nothing about. Queried it electronically and somehow got connected with "PissedConsumer" who immediately followed up and sent pdffiller an email on my behalf, who promptly responded.

I explained the situation to the consultant via "chat" who promised to sort the problem out immediately. I received my pro-rata share of the refund within 48 hours and the matter is now closed.
I DOUBT THAT I WOULD HAVE RECEIVED SUCH EFFICIENT RESULTS HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR PISSEDCONSUMER

It seems that as I logged in with google they did not have my email on file - only the one google put there. They responded to my Trustpilot review with the queries they had and Once I gave them the email address that Google used, They Agreed a refund by email, but it will still be 5 working days to get it back in my account, which is naturally a triumph followed by a really poor.

Never called. Sent a confusing detailed text. No refind. Offered a refund only if I subscribed again.
I already had cancelled the subscription a second time. This time I have it in writing in case they try to charge me again.
These people are disingenuous and evasive.
