To speak an agent for over charges

I took the $8 monthly charges, you took over a $100 from my account. The menu system here is not allowing me the effort through calling to speak directly to an agent, here is my number please someone kindly reach out to we can quickly resolve this matter. This fee is too much, it is not business account.

User's recommendation: Make charges on each useage.

The customer service was excellent

Sarah I believe was incredibly helpful and calm. She even called back when we disconnected. It was great to work with her and I felt much better about my plan.

PDFfilller charge me $96.00 on my account without my permission. Tomsbestway@***.com . I didnt ask for annual subscription, I use one time which i did pay for, and I did not like your Service.

I cancel my account approximately a month ago and I receive my bank account was charged for one year
