I was charged $104.88 and I didn't do this. It has taken my customers' money.

This has happened three times and it keeps trying to charge my card without my permission. I would like this disputed as soon as possible so that I can refund my customers their money.

The money was held on my Apple Cash card. I have no subscriptions with this app.

Cannot reach them on the customer service number listed. I think they are a scam.

Charged me $117 after I cancelled their 7-day free trial. I cancelled on 2/3/25, and 1 month later, they charged my PayPal account! I filed a case with PayPal and am awaiting their findings. I also cancelled the subscription again with PDF filler and finally got a written cancellation.

I am watching this company closely. Dean F.

You charged me and I was supposed to be getting a free trial...I'm not happy I also want to cancel my subscription because I was lied too and that's bad business right from the start . I tried calling but go figure the number on your site is wrong.

I called the number you supply and its not in service. I need to cancel the membership.

You all tried to charge me $90 after a free trial with no notification that my trial was up. Your services are not even worth the $90. And I'm not paying it.

Yes I cannot add a subscription to my account and I've tried every credit card I have and nothing has worked to start the subscription.

I initially gave them a very bad review. After obtaining their phone number, the customer service representative was very kind and issued me a refund. I received it within five business days.

I was charged $105.84 unknown to me for something I did not order. There is no customer phone service number that you can talk to someone about it.

I am going to have to get a new debit card and in the interim not have one while waiting which is very inconvenient. I am furious!
