I need a refund I don't know who you are i paying. I don't recognize your account it cost me $5000.00 in payment and blocked charges.

I don't recognize your charge. My account was hacked and I was threatened to be billed for an unrecognized number.

Cancelling before the free trial date was impossible because no information was provided on downloading the state tax form, this company uses multiple websites, and overall just ambiguous and fraudulent impression.

I downloaded a tax form needed for my state taxes from USLegal/PDF filler from information provided by the state online site, so I thought this was a trustworthy business. However, I got no information or contract details or prices or how or where to contact this business and was unable to cancel the service before the free trial date and was then $100. According to PDFfiller, I have 180 days to dispute this charge and cancel my subscription which I never intended to keep or continue and am still waiting for their response.

I subscribed on 9/3/26; however, I decided to cancel after a few days as this was not a service I needed. Since then, I continue to get charged $84.95 per month.

I want a full refund and confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled.

I did not want PDF filler to renew. I want my money back and would truly appreciate my refund. And it would be nice if you all PDF filler will have someone that you can speak to instead of leaving a text message very unprofessional.

I am really trying to figure out why I can't just log into PDF Filler using my email and my password. It always says they don't recognize me then.

They send me an email where I have to go to my emails and confirm it was me and all of this other stuff. Y'all have absolutely no problem getting into my bank account to get y'all payments. When needed? So why is it so hard for me to get inside a PDF Filler?

Every day I shouldn't have to go back to different websites to log into PDF Filler.

This sucks. The program is actually decent once you get in.

I signed up for their product for $8.00 on my VISA debit card. They deducted $103.00 from my account, so I had to cancel that old card (I did get the money back), and I am now waiting for a new card.

This is obviously some sort of scam and I would encourage everyone to stay away from this company!

They let you believe it's free then charge you after you've filled out a Document. i tried to cancel it and it wasn't canceled. And i received a bill for $96.00

Original form of payment was through PayPal. Subscription cancelled and I continue to get charged using different forms of unauthorized payment accounts that are stored in PayPal! Please refund all of these unauthorized charges immediately!

I want a refund. I didn't authorize a payment of 155 dollars that was withdrawn from my account today. I want a refund ASAP, as I have important bills to pay.

After the form is filled, they want $96/yr. The form will not print or save until they have your credit card number.

Free for 30 days but no way to cancel online or by phone. No phone number provided! Although free for 30 days, they immediately charged me $1.50 on my credit card. Likely a credit card test.

This charge is where I found their phone number once logged into my bank records!

All government forms are free on government websites. Avoid this company and get your forms for free!
